Jason studies the physiological demands associated with heat stress and how humans adapt to ensure optimal performance and survival. In a new project funded by the National Research Foundation, Singapore titled Heat-Safe (https://www.heatsafe.org), he leads a multidisciplinary team to study the complex threat that heat poses to human health, wellbeing and work productivity in the tropics in hope to identify sustainable preventive policies and actions that can reduce these impacts.
