Cancellation 
& Refund Policy
  1. If you would like a refund, please contact our secretariat at globalesgforum@gmail.com.
  2. Cancellations made after 15th March 2023 will incur a 50% cancellation fee, while cancellat-ions made after 15th April 2023 will incur a 75% cancellation fee, and any cancellations made after 15th May 2023 will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no reimbursement provided*
    * Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. If you paid with cash, your refund will be processed within 14 days after the forum.
